Objective: Create an event that placed Ore at the center of the design and architecture community.

Solution: 7D8 created Offsite, held during the ASLA annual expo in Los Angeles. Featuring well-known artist and TED presenter Janet Echelman, the party was conceived, branded and produced by 7D8 in collaboration with Gary Vlasic of V Project.

For the identity and visual system, we looked to the city of LA and Janet’s work, drawing from the grey, sun-kissed and kinetic streets as well as the netting from Echelman’s artwork. Print and accessories extended the linear theme of the identity, while the digital pieces referenced the flow of the city.
